Personal Training Services
Studio One to One offers 60- or 30-minute fitness training sessions with a certified personal trainer. The sessions are conducted in the privacy of one of our training suites. Clients are encouraged to warm up prior to their session on cardiovascular equipment available at our facility. Studio One to One offers complimentary water and towel service to its clients.

We will assign a personal trainer to you by matching the trainer’s background and abilities with your fitness needs. The personal trainer assigned will conduct an initial consultation to establish your fitness goals. The core component of this consultation will be a fitness assessment. The assessment will not only provide the Trainer with necessary information about your capabilities, but also serve as a benchmark to measure future results against. Then, with the assistance of a trainer, you will identify any areas that need improvement and determine whether these should be incorporated into your fitness goals. Using this data, the trainer will develop the overall strategy that will ensure success.

Studio One to One Trainers will design and supervise your workouts. Your trainer will record your progress for each session so that future sessions can be planned for appropriately. Trainers will take periodic body measurements at 6-week intervals to measure your success.

Personal training sessions can be purchased in a variety of packages to meet your individual needs. We also offer couples sessions. Our rates are $65 for hour-long sessions and $38 for half hour or couples sessions. Please contact us to inquire about availability.
