Lost 21 lbs. in 8 weeks! I remember my first call to Elaina went something like this… 'Hi I just had a baby… 3 YEARS AGO!' Enough said! All the celebrating I had done the past 3 years, post-baby had finally caught up with me, and I felt like I had to find life outside of a cheez-it box.

Regan took the guesswork out of making healthy food choices. No longer do I take an "all or nothing" approach to food, which was making me unhappy, unsatisfied, and constantly yo-yo dieting. And Cedric showed me that if you put in the time, the results will come, and sometimes even faster than you expected! Personal training sessions leave me feeling energetic and strong, and that is worth all the hard work and sweat!

Dave lost 13 lbs. in 6 weeks on the Jump Start program. I can really feel a difference in the way my body feels and reacts. Eating healthy and being active has always been a desire for me but, it’s even better as I feel it coming to fruition. Just yesterday, I realized how far I’ve come since last year. Last year, riding the Greenway was difficult. I had to stop frequently and was
unable to make it up most of the short hills. As little as two months ago, I was still having difficulty making the whole ride without stopping. Yesterday, I did the
greenway ride and honestly, it felt like hardly a workout. I rode in the top gear and really pushed myself to get the old ticker going.

Dear Tam, Regan, & Elaina,
I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the help, guidance, encouragement, and motivation I have received from all three of you but especially
Tam. When I started this journey I really had no expectations, what I was hoping for was a little less jiggling from the thighs. Okay and maybe a small hope
that they would rub a little less against each other when I walked. When the doctor threw out the term "clinically obese" I was dumbfounded. When Regan told
me my body fat was 35% I was stunned. I guess you can be 5"7" and 169 lbs. with a smaller percentage of body fat but I wasn't, no wonder my thighs jiggled!
So here I am 7 months later somewhere around 145 lbs. and about 26% body fat. I know how it happened, but I am still amazed by it. I wouldn't tell
anyone that it has been easy, but it has been fun. There are still days when I get up and think I don't want to go but I do because I feel better after I have been
there. Tam encourages me to do what I know I "can't". I will always detest step-ups but I will always try them. I feel better about myself and what I can do.
While I realize I did this I also know that I couldn't and probably wouldn't have if not for the three of you. Tam thank you for the motivation. Regan and Elaina

Severe osteoporosis isn't a person's usual reason for beginning personal training, but that was the impetus for my trying to
get in shape. At the age of 70, I was concerned that whatever I might try to do physically would be painful and embarrassing. Working out in a public gym was
not something I wanted to do. After the first workout I wasn't sure I could even go down steps; yet at the same time I felt exhilarated that I had been able to do
more than I thought I could do.
Beginning with the limited flexibility and strength I had, Regan was able to make me feel and become much more
adequate than I ever dreamed I could. In just a few sessions I found that I was lifting more than I thought would have ever been possible for me. Perhaps best of
all, I discovered less concern about the possibility of my falling and breaking bones.
God has gifted Regan with the gift of encouragement, and working
out has become a time that I look forward to with pleasure. It would be impossible to share how much I have appreciated my workouts and how much I have
benefitted from them.

Regan is phenomenal! After the birth of my second baby, I started working out with Regan with the goal of getting back into
a size 10.
I thought it would take 6 months to a year, but within 3 months, Regan had helped me to not only get back to a size 10 but helped me lose a
total of 14 inches! Regan has shown me that exercise is fun and that I can do anything I put my mind to. Regan is everything I think a trainer should be; patient,

In the first 6 weeks with Studio One to One, I lost 16 lbs. This motivated me to keep going, continue the workouts, and watch what I was eating. To date, I have
lost 33 lbs. I feel a lot stronger, more athletic, and very proud of myself for doing things that I never thought I could do. The key to my success has
been the relationships and connections that have been made here at Studio One to One. I've joined gyms before, but there was no accountability. They didn't
care, and didn't know if I showed up or not. It was not personal enough for me. Studio One to One created a program around me and my needs.
I've tried Jenny Craig before, but this program is a lot more realistic. You're eating real food, learning how and what to eat, and nothing is pre-packaged. Once I
stopped eating Jenny Craig's food, the weight came back on. On this program, you learn and are educated about food, working out AND losing weight. It's
about your lifestyle, and something that can be maintained in the future. I also love the physiograph. It's a real motivator for me because I did more
than just "weigh in" each week. I learned what my body fat percentage, muscle weight, and fluid was each week. And even though the scale said I only lost 1
or 2 lbs., I could see that I really lost 3 or 4 lbs. of body fat weekly and gained some muscle. That is motivation!

I have been a client for about two months and am extremely impressed with the level of personal interest I've been shown. I was asked to provide some
detailed information about myself, my health, my personal health goals, etc so that the exercise program could be tailored specifically for me. I have been very
pleased with the results. We are working to accomplish exactly what I wanted, and I feel have already made progress.
I also appreciate that we adhere to the specified schedule. I arrive on-time, we begin and end on time; there is no wasted time. I leave with my body telling me

Wow! What a life altering experience! I knew for quite a few years that I was overweight and had to do something about it. Approaching age 50, high blood
pressure, migraine headaches, back and medication for all, my chiropractor referred me to Studio One to One. I had my exercise routine down, had to start

was my first visit, I was told to eat what I wanted within guidelines, not to exceed 250 calories 5 x per day with one "cheat" day per week. Each week I returned
