Jennifer is a Personal Trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has spent much of her career working in boutique one on one training studios because she thrives on working with clients who are serious about achieving their fitness goals. Jennifer has been a personal trainer for the past 13 years and states, "I love it more each year because I have a passion for helping others!" Jennifer's passion and enthusiasm for fitness is infectious. She is known for her progressively challenging workouts with a healthy dose of encouragement.



Cedric SumpterCedric Sumpter
Cedric has an ASS Degree in Science from Murray State College. He also spent 2 years at the University of South Carolina- Spartanburg in the Exercise Physiology Program. Cedric is also a National Endurance Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) master personal trainer. He can work with a variety of clientele ranging from children, professional athletes, to seniors. Since he played basketball on the collegiate level and on the professional level, he has extensive experience in sports and fitness. Cedric's philosophy is that everyone should understand their internal body's natural processes in order to reach their fitness goals.

Such processes include metabolic processes. Metabolic processes deal with chemical reactions that happen in the body's cells. From understanding such physiological factors of a specific person, He can more accurately acknowledge the persons fitness level. Cedric can then recognize unique needs of the client. Such needs may be nutritional, method of training, and amount of dehydration. With 10 years of fitness experience, Cedric specializes in Weight loss and Body Sculpting, and in Sports Specific, Rehabilitation, and Corrective Exercises.

Don Chao
Don is an NASM-Certified Personal Trainer. His background in martial arts, rehabilitation and bodybuilding enable him to deliver a wide range of variety to his client's training sessions. Don believes in helping his clients to be their absolute best and is passionate about helping them achieve their fitness goals.


Chris DavisChris Davis
Chris is a graduate of Furman University where he received his Bachelor of Arts. While at Furman, he played Varsity Soccer and worked with the Strength and Conditioning coach as an Intern. He is a Personal Trainer certified under the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Chris can train anyone - from athletes to those who simply wish to lose weight and build lean body mass. With his years of experience working with athletes, he specializes in developing the components of speed, strength, quickness, and agility in young athletes. Whatever your fitness goals may be, Chris will surely be able to design a program that meets your needs.

Kate McDermott
Kate McDermottKate is a personal trainer certified by the International Sport and Sciences Association (ISSA) and a graduate from the University of Connecticut. Her strengths include energizing female clients by sharing their goals, knowing their capabilities, not underestimating their potential and creating enjoyable, yet safe fitness programs tailored to their needs. She works mostly with women, post pregnancy, and is known for her unique and always changing workouts. Kate is a mother of two and knows the areas women want to work on and how to get back to feeling and looking your best! She is available at your home and is a great multi-tasker if little ones are on hand during workout sessions.

Monika Ferro
Monika is certified with the National Personal Training Institute, which is an excellent hands-on learning, 500 hour diploma course. She is also a Certified Trainer with the American Council of Exercise. Monica works mostly with women, ages 20-55, who really want to feel comfortable with a trainer and want to lose weight and tone up. She is known for her excellent motivation and creativity skills to push through and for helping her clients obtain their ultimate goals.

Simon HustonSimon Huston
Simon is a graduate of National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), where he received his Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant certifications. His training style is based on client assessment and teaching. He assesses the client’s training age, exercise knowledge and overall health. He also personalizes each workout to ensure his clients will excel at a high rate and achieve their individual goals, while gaining a better understanding of how their body works. Simon specializes in strength and conditioning, stabilization, weight loss and overall fitness. His experience includes clients with many different needs and in a variety of age groups -- men and women ages 14 to 60, chronic asthma sufferers trying to become stronger through resistance training, recent mothers trying to shed those extra pounds gained during pregnancy, and ex high school athletes trying to get back in shape. Simon's education at NPTI consisted of a 500-hour six-month course in theory and program design, nutrition, anatomy, physiology and 200 hours of hands on in-gym training. He’s also certified in CPR, First Aid
and AED through the American Red Cross.
