Regan Case
Regan is a Personal Trainer certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Beginning her business out of her home, Regan's clientele grew solely on word-of-mouth referrals. She is passionate about fitness, nutrition and helping others. She takes her client's goals very personally and will work just as hard as they do to ensure success and satisfaction. Regan has continued education in Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness, as well as Lifestyle and Weight Management. She also works with special joint and spine conditions such as knee and shoulder rehabilitation and osteoporosis. Regan's training regimen is unique to every single client - no two clients are trained the same. She also believes in a constant state of variety in exercises to keep the body "guessing" and challenged.
Valerie Hunter
Valerie is an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and holds an AFAA Certification in Aerobics. She is a 4-year competitor of Fitness and Figure competitions. Valerie’s unique training style incorporates boot camp and weight training techniques. Her goals include educating clients and listening carefully to their needs to ensure she delivers consistent results. Valerie believes in training mind, body, and soul as one. She trains a wide variety of clients with various goals. Some include models, men and women working to build definition, as well as older clients looking to fight the aging process in a natural manner. Valerie is currently pursuing continued education in training youth and the elderly.
Tam Neal
Tam is a NASM certified trainer with over 8 years of experience. She has always loved exercise and played sports including tennis, soccer, track and field, basketball, and cheerleading. Tam is a functional trainer who believes in training the body as one unit and improving movement. Her major focuses include athletic performance enhancement and conditioning, injury prevention and post rehabilitation, and weight loss and maintenance. Tam's training philosophy: "committed to helping athletes improve their overall performance by improving and training the key elements to athleticism including flexibility, core strength, functional strength, speed and agility, explosive power and proper technique and movement patterns." She is currently pursuing the NASM-PES (Performance Enhancement Specialty) certification.
Jordan Michel
Jordan has a passion for training is certified in NCCPT. She is an undergrad at Georgia State University studying exercise science/kinesiology. Having played sports all her life-- soccer, basketball, golf, tennis, volleyball, softball, dance, and gymnastics to name a few-- she can say she has always been interested in fitness. Jordan believes that an active, healthy lifestyle adds so much happiness to a person's life. She has trained people young and old and of all different body types and needs. The most rewarding part of her job is developing a close relationship with her clients and watching them reach their goals. In the future she would love to continue training but possibly branch out into physical therapy.
Norval Rhodes
Norval is a graduate of Georgia State University where he earned a B.S. in Exercise Science. He also is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer. With over 7 years of experience, Norval has worked with a variety of clientele - from very young to the elderly, special populations to professional athletes. He believes in a synergistic approach to health and fitness combining progressive functional strength training, cardio respiratory fitness, and a focus on balanced nutrition to help clients reach their goals. He prides himself on educating his clients so that they are able to live a healthy, fit lifestyle for the rest of their lives, believing that physical fitness is not just an aesthetic preference, but an essential part of life.
Karamie Barksdale
Karamie is an ACE certified personal trainer with a combined 10 years of experience training men, women, and athletes. Karamie has been certifiied through ISSA and IFPA and also holds an Alabama High School Athletic Association Coaches Certificate. Additionally, with a master's degree in education, Karamie has both experience and training on both physical and mental components of teaching as well as personal training. Karamie has an extensive background in sports and fitness, having been involved in basketball, volleyball, competitive and collegiate cheerleading, as well as competitive running. Karamie's fitness philosophy is that everyone has the potential to be physically, mentally, and emotionally fit and healthy. The role of the trainer is to realize the potential and help the client identify motivational factors to achieve that potential and those goals. In Karamie's mind, everyone is a superstar!! We all just need a little help to realize it!
