Kolleen is a Personal Trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Kolleen is passionate about strengthening the body for today as well as preparing it for the future. Due to her background as a corrective exercise specialist, she is able to identify over-active and under-active muscles in order to stabilize the joints around the knees, hips, ankles, and shoulders. The foundation of her workouts includes core, stability, and balance training in order to prepare the body for an effective resistance program. This methodology leads to a safe and effective program suitable for all, but especially for seniors and post-rehab clients. Kolleen’s history as a competitive gymnast helped her to realize the importance of physical activity and strengthening the core from an early age. For Kolleen, fitness has always been a way of life.

Cedric SumpterCedric Sumpter
Cedric has an ASS Degree in Science from Murray State College. He also spent 2 years at the University of South Carolina- Spartanburg in the Exercise Physiology Program. He is also a National Endurance Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) master personal trainer. Cedric can work with a variety of clientele ranging from children, professional athletes, to seniors. He has extensive experience in sports and fitness, having played basketball on the collegiate level and on the professional level as well.Cedric's philosophy is that everyone should understand their internal body's natural processes in order to reach their fitness goals.

Such processes include metabolic processes. Metabolic processes deal with chemical reactions that happen in the body's cells. From understanding such physiological factors of a specific person, He can more accurately acknowledge the persons fitness level. Cedric can then recognize unique needs of the client. Such needs may be nutritional, method of training, and amount of dehydration. With 10 years of fitness experience, Cedric specializes in Weight loss, Body Sculpting, Sports Specific, Rehabilitation, and Corrective Exercises.

Joseph Powe
Joseph is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist through American Muscle & Fitness. He is also pursuing certification with ACE. Joseph believes everyone should have a passion for their own health and make it a priority in their lives. If you take care of your body today, it will take care of you tomorrow. Chris Davis
Chris is a graduate of Furman University where he received his Bachelor of Arts. While at Furman, he played Varsity Soccer and worked with the Strength and Conditioning coach as an Intern. He is a Personal Trainer certified under the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Chris can train anyone, from athletes to those who simply wish to lose weight and build lean body mass. With his years of experience working with athletes, He specializes in developing the components of speed, strength, quickness, and agility in young athletes. Whatever your fitness goals may be, Chris will surely be able to design a program that meets your needs.

Monika Ferro
Monika is certified with the National Personal Training Institute, which is a excellent hands on learning 500 hour diploma course, as well as a Certified Trainer with American Council of Exercise. She works mostly with women 20-55 who really want to feel comfortable with a trainer and want to lose weight and tone up. Monika is known for her excellent motivation and creativity skills to push through
to help her clients obtain their ultimate goals.
